C. Displayed prices

Prices are valid for that time period. Each tour/transfer takes place between the 1st of April of the current year and the 31st March of the following, regardless of when the reservation was made. All prices may change without prior notice.

Prices do not include personal expenses (laundry, telephone, etc.), drinks, water, coffee, tea, tips, credit fees and services not mentioned in our program. If you have any doubts about what’s included in the price, please contact us.

D. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel in 14 days from the date of booking or else the full amount will be charged. In any case, the amount of the refund is 1% of the total transaction (bank policy) and in any case the minimum charge is 34 EUR + VAT.

“Saronic Outdoor Activities” reserves the right to cancel any event or service provided and the prepaid fares are returned to the customers.

All cancellations should be confirmed by “Saronic Outdoor Activities”. A Saronic Outdoor Activities reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, continue or terminate all or part of the cancellation policy for either a single event or generally at any time without prior notice.
